To confirm the number of guests in your group, please hand your issued tickets to a staff. Seat selection is not available, so please be seated according to the captain’s instructions.

- Passengers who have had too much to drink or who cannot comply with the captain's instructions will not be allowed to board.
- Please bring babies and other children too small to wear life jackets onboard in a baby carrier/sling.
- There are about 10 steps between the boarding area and jetty. Please understand that access by wheelchair is not possible.
- Restrictions
- For safety reasons, it is not possible to use umbrellas on our boats.
- What to Bring
- You are welcome to bring food and drinks onboard.
- Apr. to Nov. - Our boats do not have roofs. Please come prepared to spend 40 minutes outside in hot conditions.
- Dec. to Mar. - Our boats are fitted with tents and heated seats, but please be prepared for subzero conditions.

- Assemble 15 min. before departure. Be sure to contact us if you will be late.
- Affiliated Parking (Parking 1 or Parking 2 adjacent to the Otaru International Information Center) - Please bring the card issued when parking to the counter.
- The road in front of our ticket center by the Chuo Bridge is narrow. Parking or stopping to offload passengers is not possible.
- Cruises may be cancelled without prior notice because of sudden bad weather.
- Our operating status is posted regularly to our website.
- It is possible to change the date/time of your cruise and number of people in your group, or to cancel your reservation through your My Page up until 1 hour before departure.
- +However, if you will cancel on the day of the cruise, please come to our ticket center or call us.
