When making a reservation, please make sure to check the maximum passenger numbers for our boats in the add-ons section. +Because of our operating schedule and other reservations, we may not be able to accommodate reservation requests at your preferred time or on your preferred day. When making a reservation, please be sure to accurately state the number of people in your group including babies and small children. +We cannot arrange a cruise for you on your preferred boat if the number of people in your group is greater than that boat’s maximum passenger number. +Please contact us by telephone or email us if you would like to change the time/date of your reservation or how many people it is for. <Reception etc. on the day of the cruise> +Please be sure to have completed the necessary procedures at the counter in our ticket center at least 15 minutes before departure. +If you think that you may be late, please be sure to contact us in advance. <About our boat’s winter tents> The way our boats are equipped depends upon the time of year. The Ushio Festival is Otaru’s biggest summer event. Otaru Canal Cruise will operate a special cruise for this festival’s fireworks display. As our canal boats are open, you can enjoy great views of the fireworks. Tickets for this cruise can only be purchased through our official website. If you purchase tickets from other sites (auction site etc.), no refund will be provided if this cruise is cancelled because of bad weather. Furthermore, please understand that any tickets found to be purchased from resellers will be deemed invalid, and the cancellation fees will be charged to the holders of those tickets. After purchase, we will send you tickets in electronic form by email. It is necessary to present these e-ticket when boarding. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you do not receive the email containing your e-tickets. Again, please understand that screenshots of e-ticket cannot be used to board. Please note that if there are any changes to the fireworks event schedule, the meeting time and boarding schedule may also be subject to change. We appreciate your understanding.
