When making a reservation, please make sure to check the maximum passenger numbers for our boats in the add-ons section. +Because of our operating schedule and other reservations, we may not be able to accommodate reservation requests at your preferred time or on your preferred day. When making a reservation, please be sure to accurately state the number of people in your group including babies and small children. +We cannot arrange a cruise for you on your preferred boat if the number of people in your group is greater than that boat’s maximum passenger number. +Please contact us by telephone or email us if you would like to change the time/date of your reservation or how many people it is for. <Reception etc. on the day of the cruise> +Please be sure to have completed the necessary procedures at the counter in our ticket center at least 15 minutes before departure. +If you think that you may be late, please be sure to contact us in advance. <About our boat’s winter tents> The way our boats are equipped depends upon the time of year.
